Learn to row takes place every Saturday morning at 7am. In these sessions you will learn the basics in our dedicated learn to row fleet under the guidance of experienced club members. To take part in these sessions head to our membership page and sign up for our 6 Week Introductory Membership.

Recreational Rowing
This program is open to all Junior and Senior Active Members. The objective is to have regular recreational sessions for those seeking to work on their fitness and enjoy the social aspect of crew rowing without the pressure of competition. Meet at the Club at 6:45am each Saturday to form crews. Other sessions can be organised by members at anytime of their own convenience. This program is largely self directed however coaching is available.
Senior Club

This program is for any member over 18 who intends to compete in the senior events (U21,23, Open, Lightweight and Grade) in the CDRA and Rowing NSW regatta programs. The NSW Grade System offers a great selection of competitive events for club level racing. as the Grade system does not have any age limits crews may be formed with Junior, Senior and Masters competitors. For those wishing to experience high performance racing there may be opportunities to compete at the NSW and Australian Championship Regattas . Session times to be arranged between scullers/crews and coaches.

Junior Competitive
This Program is for any member who intends to compete as a rower or coxswain in the Central Districts Rowing Association (CDRA) and Rowing NSW Regatta program in Under 16,17 or 19 age groups. The main objective this season is to have a Junior Men’s and Junior Women’s Crew boat at each CDRA Regatta. Opportunities exist to go to the NSW and Australian Championship regattas. Session times to be arranged between scullers/crews and coaches.
Masters

This program is for any member aged 27 or over who wish to compete in the CDRA and Rowing NSW Masters events in the regatta programs. Masters competitors compete in 13 age brackets with handicaps given to younger scullers or crews when ever racing against different age brackets. Manning River Rowing Club has a proud history of Masters rowing and regularly attends the NSW and Australian Masters championships. These trips are great fun and for all who attend regardless of ability. Still in recent years Manning members have won several NSW and Australian Masters Championships. Session times to be arranged between scullers/crews and coaches.
